For over 20 years, Midland Community Healthcare Services has provided high quality healthcare for men, women and children. Our team of doctors, nurses, and healthcare professionals blend compassionate care with their vast experience to provide patient-centered care for individuals and families at our three Midland clinics. By offering sliding fees, state and federal grants, MCHS provides comprehensive, accessible, culturally appropriate, and cost-effective primary health care for the people of the Permian Basin.

Payment Options:

We currently accept Medicare, Medicaid, CHIP, HTW (Healthy Texas Women) Programs, most private insurance, and private pay.

Assistance is available for those who qualify.

Mon. & Thurs. 8 AM - 6 PM
Tues. & Wed. 8 AM - 5 PM
Fridays 8 AM - 3 PM

Vaccinations

Midland Community Healthcare Services organization is committed to provide high quality of care and
services for our patients. MCHS offers vaccines for all ages during every visit. You can
receive the necessary vaccinations conveniently as part of your healthcare appointment.

Vaccination is one of the most effective ways for parents to protect their children from a wide range of
harmful diseases. By vaccinating infants, children, and teens, parents can help shield them from up to 16
serious diseases, such as measles, whooping cough, polio, and more. Vaccination is a proven, safe, and
essential part of keeping children healthy and preventing outbreaks of preventable illnesses.
